Dowry

Dowry is supporting mainly by the girl's parents itself for her good and peaceful life with her and husband and his family. It is needed more for the son that they give for the daughter.. This chain continues still in our country.. Now a days it has became the main part of show off. 

Really what the new couples need? They want money/home appliances for their new life.. It is the responsibility of parents, both his and her to support them for the settle. They needed to stand with them in their difficulties. 

As of new generation let us break the dowry chain.. Let us say "No To Dowry". We need to give values to relationships not to wealth.. I am giving my hand.. Who else with me???

പായുന്ന മഞ്ഞു മേഘത്തെ തൊടുവാന്‍ കൊതിച്ചു കുന്നിന്‍ ചെരിവിലൂടെയൊരു യാത്ര. ഓരോ 

ഹൃദയമിടിപ്പിനും വേഗതയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു ശ്വാസത്തില്‍ കിതപ്പും മനസ്സില്‍ അത്യാഹ്ലാദവും. 

മിന്നിമാഞ്ഞു പോയി ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളെല്ലാം, 

"നീലാകാശം കൈയെത്തി തൊടാം.. ഊഞ്ഞാല്‍ കെട്ടാം ഈ കുന്നിന്‍ മുകളില്‍,  

മേഘങ്ങള്‍ക്കുള്ളിലൂലെ കുതിച്ചുയരാം.. കൈയിലോതുക്കാം ഒരു കുഞ്ഞി മഞ്ഞുമേഘത്തെ.. 

എന്നും തലയിണയായി അരുകില്‍ വയ്ക്കാം.. "

ഇളം നീലയും പച്ചയും ആടകള്‍ അണിഞ്ഞോരോരോ കാടും മേടും മലകളും. അവിടെയിടായി 

തങ്ങി നില്‍ക്കും മഞ്ഞുകണങ്ങള്‍ അവയുടെ കുപ്പായത്തെ അലങ്കരിച്ചു... വെള്ളി വെയില്‍ തട്ടി 

വെട്ടി തിളങ്ങുമ്പോള്‍ ഗര്‍വോടെ നോക്കിയവ പുഞ്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.. കാഴ്ചകളില്‍ മുഴുകി നിന്നുപോകും 

തെല്ലുനേരം ..! പറക്കാന്‍ കൊതിപ്പിച്ചൊരു തെന്നല്‍ എന്റെ ചാരത്തു കൂടി പോയനേരം.. 

ഞാനും വരട്ടെ എന്ന് കൂക്കി വിളിച്ചു ചോദിച്ചു കാറ്റിനോട്, പരിഹാസത്തോടെ എന്റെ ശബ്തത്തെ 

അനുകരിച്ചു അവന്‍ താഴുകിയകന്നു.. ഓര്‍മക്കായ്‌ കോടമഞ്ഞിന്‍ നനുത്ത പുതപ്പും..!
